Awaken CrossFit Lite (No Barbell):
This training program is about going all-out, giving 100 percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets — and keeps — your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time. We focus on bodyweight exercises and core stability work and do not use barbell weights.
Awaken CrossFit Unlimited:
We use proven methods to increase your speed, strength, and overall fitness, incorporating Olympic lifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, plyometrics, sprinting, mobility, and more into our workouts. Our classic CrossFit general physical preparedness program incorporates the best that the world of strength and conditioning has to offer.
Awaken CrossFit, 3 times per week:
This program offers the same training as our CrossFit Unlimited plan described above, for members who only wish to attend three classes per week.
In this program, we focus on building strength through isolated movements and things like squats, deadlifts, lunges, pull-ups, rows, bench press, push-ups, etc. These are all considered functional movement exercises and all these moves also happen to be cornerstone exercises in bodybuilding and sports strength programs. For serious athletes looking to advance their fitness regime, we recommended enrolling in our Strength program to supplement our CrossFit program.
Awaken 'Punch Card':
Pre-purchase 10 classes to be used for any of our fitness classes. Attend any 10 classes over the course of three months.
Awaken Nutrition, 6 weeks:
Take your fitness and overall health to the next level with Awaken Nutrition. After completing a thorough review of your current eating and lifestyle, we will build you a personalized nutrition plan. We provide accountability and education to maintain life-long healthy habits. We work with all people - from athletes who need precise macro-based nutrition plans to achieve their competitive goals, to people who just want to improve body composition and be healthier.
Awaken Nutrition, 12 weeks:
Take advantage of our nutrition consulting described above for a full 12 weeks and save money.
Awaken Private Training:
Learn from one of our highly-qualified coaches in a 1-on-1 training session, to either work on a particular skill or just learn the basics of CrossFit. We offer single sessions and multi-session rates.
